Our Founder

With a career spanning several decades and a rich tapestry of experience, Sudesh Mathkar stands as the visionary force behind Bhumi. From humble beginnings to spearheading large-scale projects, his journey has been marked by dedication, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to the paintshop and automotive industries.

For 22 years, he served as a supervisor at Haden, a period that provided him with invaluable hands-on experience in managing complex projects within the automotive paintshop arena. His journey continued at Taikisha, a global leader in paintshop solutions, where he served for 5 years as an Assistant Manager. Here, he honed his managerial skills, gaining insights into the intricacies of overseeing large teams and orchestrating the seamless execution of projects.

Notably, Sudesh ventured into the realm of project coordination during his tenure at Badve Engineering, where he assumed the role of Project Coordinator for a year. This role enabled him to master the art of project management, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and ensuring the flawless implementation of automotive plant design, installation, and commissioning projects.

As an electrical contractor specializing in paintshop installations and commissioning, Bhumi achieved remarkable milestones by overseeing the installation and commissioning of robotic systems at esteemed organizations such as Ashok Leyland, Bajaj, Orient Fans, through collaboration with Plustech and Technavia.

His resolute focus on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction has earned Bhumi a place of prominence in the industry.
